Master Don Munce Master Don Munce has earned a great deal of respect in the industry and in his community. Don's technique and experience in kick-boxing is unmatched. His classes can be recreational, self-defense, cardio workouts or for the more serious students who would like to take it a step further and compete in amateur or eventually professional kick-boxing. Technique Cardio Kick-Boxing: A great combination of self-defense and cardio vascular workout. Learning variations of jabs, spins, upper cuts, hooks combined with kicks is the concentration in this class. Flow is essential when throwing jabs, punches and footwork. Combine this with powerful strikes and agility, then bring in balance with speed..... you will be increasing your endurance and confidence in no time. Each class may integrate focus pads and heavy bag work. If interested, these classes will advance you to the ring and sparring classes (only with instructor's approval). Each class integrates warm up, stretching, various abdominal exercises and push ups followed by full pump Kick-Boxing combinations. Each class is independent of the others and you go at your own pace.
Endurance Kick-Boxing class: A great combination of cardiovascular and resistance training workout. All techniques in this class are put together with proper variations of Kick-Boxing jabs, upper cuts, hooks and kicks, taught through the "Twin Dragon Kick-Boxing Clubs" for the past 30 years. Each class starts with a warm up followed by the main full pump cardio segment done with music with the option of using one pound weights, finishing with various abdominal exercises and push ups. Some moves are slightly modified to flow better with the music. Each class may integrate bands and weights to intensify your workout. All levels welcome.... go at your own pace.
